This cool rainy day brought their ceremony inside the beautifully renovated barn at Powder Major’s Farm in Madbury, NH. The doors in the back of the room open, revealing Siri and her father. Travis catches a glimpse of his bride and feels the love and joy of this moment, and he smiles from ear to ear. She takes a couple of steps and Travis begins to tear up. Right before Siri finished walking down the aisle to her soon-to-be husband Travis wipes his tears. Finally he takes her hand and they stand in front of their family and friends ready to say their vows to each other.

Everything about this wedding day was intimate, timeless, and so full of love. Siri and Travis are such a classic couple. I just love these two. I hadn’t seen Siri and Travis since their glowy sunset summer engagement session last year at Wagon Hill Farm!

Their wedding day started at The Powder Major’s Farm grounds, the boys in one cottage and the girls in the main house. The ladies got their hair and makeup done in the cutest matching blue robes that had their names on the back. Siri put on her dress and shoes and everyone was in awe of how amazing she looked in her dress, and not to mention how awesome her shoes were. Not only were the sparkly but they were also jellies! I’ve never seen wedding shoes like these before! So cute!

Their First Look, in the rain, was one of my all time favorites. First of all, it was in the rain, which says so much about their adventurous spirits. Second, Travis’ reaction when he saw his bride for the first time was priceless. His jaw dropped to the floor in a “you have got to be kidding me” kind of way. She took his breathe away! He then began to tear up, taking in the weight of this moment. I always feel so honored that I get to peer on moments like this.

One of my favorite moments of the entire day was during one of Travis’ mother/son dances. He was dancing to “Man Made” by Granger Smith when all of a sudden all the brothers on either side of the family got up and grabbed a hand of their moms while Travis took the hand of his grandmother. They all danced to the rest of the song and I was an absolute puddle on the ground. There is always something about the mother/son dance that tears me up at every wedding but my mama heart was so moved by this grand gesture by all of these sons. So touching. As a mother, that moment will stay with me for a long long time. I’m getting teary eyed just reminiscing on it!

I just love reception toasts, and the speeches at Siri and Travis’ wedding did not disappoint. The Best Man shared a beautiful speech that was full of funny stories, heartfelt gratitude, and witty one-liners. The Maid of Honor shared stories about how her and Siri have literally known each other since the womb! What an incredible friendship!

Family is very important to Travis and Siri. I could tell in how the spoke about their family, especially their nieces and nephews, during their engagement session. Seeing the love in person was so sweet. Those little kids absolutely adore their aunt in uncle in a way that I have never seen before. These families are so close and they love each other dearly. I was so honored to be a witness to the union of these two families!
