We could not have asked for a more perfect September day! It was so nice to finally meet Taylor and Zach face to face in downtown Portsmouth. There was definitely a storm happening miles north of us, but on the seacoast, it was nothing but sunshine!
Taylor and Zach first met when they were in high school. They went to two different schools but both got a job working at a local frozen yogurt shop. Zach asked Taylor out on Top of the Hub at the Prudential Center in Boston when they were just teenagers. After high school Taylor went to Suffolk on a softball scholarship and Zach went to UCONN. They dated long distance until they graduated.
We joked about how amazing it was that Zach asked Taylor out in Boston and that he must've been thinking hard about how to top that for his proposal! Well he definitely did because the proposal happened in Ireland! They had the most AMAZING trip and Zach proposing was a total surprise to Taylor. They were exploring the Ring of Kerry and had such a romantic day and then towards the end, they got to a part of the ring that's called "Lady's View" and Zach popped the question. What a memory!
Congratulations Taylor and Zach! I can't wait for your big day to celebrate with you two!
