When I first spoke to Kat and Chris about their wedding day, I expected a November 12 wedding to be very cold. Boy did we luck out! The forecast had also been predicting rain all week but then the morning of the wedding day...there were nothing but blue skies and the temperature reached 75 degrees!
When I first arrived at The Marriot where Kat was getting ready, I immediately noticed how radiant she was! She beams positivity and I could tell how truly excited she was for her wedding day. It was definitely contagious.
Kirkbrae Country Club was closed to golfers on this specific day because of how heavy the rains were the previous day. We had the whole golf course to ourselves. It was the first time I had ever seen anything like this on a wedding day! We set Chris in place facing the beautiful fountain and told him to wait for his bride to tap him on the shoulder. Kat walked down the hill with a huge smile on her face. She tapped him on the shoulder and he turned around with a smile to match. After a few moments Chris spun her around and asked "is it comfy?". I love how he asks the important questions.
Kat and Chris' wedding day was full of excitement and celebration. Their guests were enthusiastic and it was obvious how much they cared for the couple. It was a truly beautiful day from start to finish. I am so honored that I got to be there for their special day. Congratulations again!

Congratulations Kat & Chris! It was an honor to celebrate your love and capture the magic! I pray that you two have a long, healthy, and happy marriage!
