What a beautiful evening to meet the sweetest couple! Alexis + Roman and I met up at Odiorne State Park in Rye, New Hampshire on the most beautiful, warm, May evening. We have had such a warm spring, I think all of us are smiling after such a long winter!
These two were so calm, and so sweet with one another, they made my job very easy. We started off wandering down the trail that is full of greenery and things blooming for spring. And then we climbed down and walked along the rocky shore of the Atlantic Ocean, and ended our time together up on top of the flat rocks.
Alexis and Roman have been together for almost 6 years! They met while working together at a restaurant in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire. Roman is from Moldova, and Alexis is from here in New Hampshire, but love brought them together quickly.
Like all of the very best relationships, theirs began as friendship for a few years, but then grew strong quickly and almost immediately they knew this was the real deal. Roman proposed during New England’s most magical time of year, October, on Seabrook beach, where Alexis’s grandparents have a beach house. The beach is their happy place, so a sunset proposal at the beach was perfect for them!
Can’t wait until August to see these two again at FlagHill Distillery & Winery in Lee, New Hampshire! What a beautiful day that will be with these two best friends turned soulmates. So excited to be with you both on this special day!
