Simple, intimate, and elegant are three words that would accurately describe this couple's wedding. Felicia and Daniel had a small wedding with close friends and family at Great Calvary Church in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. After the ceremony, the three of us met up at Great Island Commons for their bridal portraits.
Felicia's parents were visiting from Malaysia, which is the primary reason they chose this specific date. The original plan was for Felicia and Daniel to walk down the aisle together, but things changed last minute. Felicia asked her dad if he would walk her down the aisle, which of course he said yes to! So Daniel stood in front of the guests waiting for his bride and her dad to walk down the aisle. I loved this last minute change. I'm a sucker for tradition. It was incredibly sweet to see her dad walk her down the aisle. You can just tell how proud he is, and how much he loves Felicia.

The beach was super chilly, I am so glad that they were troopers and bore the temperatures. When Felicia and I were first discussing engagement shoot locations she originally wanted to shoot at a lighthouse. For reasons outside of our control we couldn't make that happen. So as you can imagine I was SUPER happy I could make this photo happen for the newly weds.
Felicia and Daniel are the sweetest couple and I am truly blessed that they trusted me enough to capture their big day.
