They say April showers bring May flowers. I suppose they are right, it has been a very wet spring this year. That didn't stop Denise and Patrick from spending a rainy evening with me! We had so much fun plus we were the only ones in sight at Prescott Park. These two are up for anything and they love a good adventure!
Denise and Patrick met at a tattoo party! Denise, her niece, and her daughters were getting tattoos of the coordinates of Denise's late father's house in Nantucket. What a special and sweet way to remember him. Patrick was the tattoo artist and the friend that was hosting the party will be officiating their wedding!
Patrick asked Denise to marry him on a rock beach in Biddeford Pool, Maine on their 5 year anniversary. They love collecting beach rocks, so they were out on the beach looking for unique rocks and while Denise was walking ahead of Patrick he bent down to “pick up a rock” and said “oh Denise, look at this one!”. She turned around and Patrick was down on one knee.
Near the end of our session the clouds began to break and the golden rays from the sunset were visible from behind the Memorial Bridge. The best part is... as we were leaving, they brightest rainbow I have ever seen was displayed all the way across the sky. Absolutely breathtaking!
